Patrick Riley is a first-time author with a passion for storytelling rooted in his rich experiences as a U.S. Navy veteran and over 30 years in the technology industry. After serving six transformative years in the Navy, Patrick moved into a successful tech career, working across various platforms that continue to shape today's digital landscape. His debut novel, Deception Underway, combines his Navy expertise with his love of adventure and character-driven narratives. Patrick is currently working on a series with new characters in the manner of Deception Underway, set for release in late 2025. Residing in the southern suburbs of Denver, Colorado, he enjoys skiing, fishing, and motorcycle rides with his sons, and he treasures time with family, especially when it involves traveling and exploring new parts of the world.
